Complete KYC
Verify your identity so learners can trust that a real, accountable expert is behind every course.

Upload your courses
Build your curriculum with course videos, supporting resources and CBT practice questions.

We review your videos
Our team reviews each course video before it's accepted, checking quality and that you have the rights to your content.

Go live
Approved courses appear on the ScholarArk platform, ready for learners to find and enrol.
Tutor copyright policy

These are the important parts of the ScholarArk Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy for tutors. They are excerpts, so please read them before you upload.
Effective December 17, 2025
Only upload what's yours
By uploading content to ScholarArk, tutors certify that they own the content they upload, or have the necessary licenses for the course in question.
You're responsible for your content
Tutors agree to indemnify and hold ScholarArk PLC harmless from claims, damages or expenses, including legal fees, that arise from the tutor's infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
Removed by mistake? Send a counter-notice
If your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. After a detailed review we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner starts legal proceedings or we have another reason to keep it down.
The two-strike policy
ScholarArk strictly enforces a two-strike policy for copyright infringement.

Warning
- The course or resource is removed immediately
- You receive a formal warning
- Your payout for that content may be frozen
- 2
Strike 2
Termination
- Your account is permanently terminated
- You lose access to the dashboard
- Pending payouts may be withheld to settle legal disputes or student refunds
Spotted your work somewhere it shouldn't be?
Copyright owners can send a takedown notice to our Copyright Agent (Legal Department) at scholararkhq@gmail.com. A notice should include:
- The copyrighted work you say has been infringed
- The infringing material, with the course title and URL or screenshots
- Your mailing address, telephone number and email address
- A statement of your good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner
